Customer Satisfaction over 98%

Our customer satisfaction is monitored using the "Buy with Confidence" customer satisfaction survey. Each pupil receives a survey card on completion of a course of training. This is completed and returned by the pupil directly to Hampshire County Council Trading Standards who monitor and analyse the results.
